This is a full time salaried position.
As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor you would be responsible for customer relationship management, retention and growth of our Personal Lines / Private Client portfolio.
Role and responsibilities include:
Handling of incoming client calls efficiently, offer expert advice and make changes to policies where applicable.
Perform proactive renewal calls to all customers within their portfolio to review coverage.
Input and update customer data and document all customer interactions in the client database system.
Maintain acceptable accounts receivable.
Act on cross-sell & up-sell opportunities (by recommending products/services)and obtain referrals where possible.
Rate and quote new and renewal personal lines risks.
Keep abreast of industry practices and company procedures. Participate in training and education seminars as directed.
Achieve new business and retention goals.
Other duties as assigned.
